Use the secure form for a YCDSB parent question, a website correction, a community inquiry or a campaign message. Choosing the closest topic helps route your question and makes a useful response easier.
Before you send
- Choose a topic such as admissions, Kindergarten, French Immersion, gifted/PACE, IEP/IPRC, School Council, transportation, board policy or volunteering.
- Explain the question and what you have already checked.
- If you refer to a website page or public source, include its title or link.
You may optionally allow a general, anonymous version of your question to be answered in the Parent FAQ. This permission is not selected by default. Names, email addresses, school names and identifying details will not be published.
Privacy and official school matters
Please do not submit confidential student records, medical information, passwords or other sensitive personal information. This website is not an official YCDSB service and cannot replace communication with your child’s school, YCDSB staff or emergency services. Review the Privacy Policy.
